  • In order to keep track of all our teams assets and training materials, I built my own wider content management system for internal use using Firebase Studio (AI)
  • I led on customer implementation projects, including process alignment, configuration, training and testing.  As part of this, I automated much of the testing process using AI assessment tools.
  • I built out an internal certification programme for new staff members
  • I ran training sessions, workshops, drop in clinics and webinars for clients and staff

Employer: My Own Online Education Company

Established: 06-06-2017

Key Achievements:

  • I built up my own small niche education company in my spare time.  It is completely automated using Google Ads, Teachable, Accredible, Google Forms, Zapier and AI based tools.  This is a completely hands off business that requires no more than an hour of my time a week.  It currently generates a full time salary for me.  However, I am not someone who can sit around doing nothing and prefer to use my skills in job roles that interest me.  It also means I am able to spend more money on my own personal development and items for my young daughter.
